but only poorly designed systems
which create criminals
out of naturally good people.

(and everything designed is a system)
should be careful
not to make good people into criminals
by making design errors.

is a good person who does not fit
the design of a system
and the system does not want
to listen and adjust to them.

if you are working in an institution
try to listen to us a bit more
so we can work together
on making things better for everyone

everyone wants to be a hero
in the epic story of our lives.

if you find the truth you can be a true hero.
if you believe the lies you can be a false hero.

but you can never be a hero if you listen to bullshit.
bullshit took heroism away from our lives.

A is the power index of an individual,
B is constant education which motivates the individual to listen,
C is the ability to be influenced by listening to others,
D is the aggression needed to influence someone who does not listen.

A is an accumulation of:
number of people who depend on the decisions of that individual,
capital owned by that individual,
social media followers of that individual,
and other similar power elements and indicators.

if A increases and B remains low then C and D decrease.
if A increases and B is high then C and D can increase.
if as A decreases with the change in B then C increases and D decreases.

when you do not let people say what they know is true,
you reduce their communication to the stupidity of conspiracy theories

the more people are silenced
the stupider the conspiracy theory is

to make people smart and to get rid of their conspiracy theories
you must honestly listen to them
