truth is an asset, just like real estate,
in a representative democracy
competition.

representative democracy duopoly
divides all the truth
between the two ruling parties.

each party invests all energy
to discredit the truth
owned by the other party.

this results in both parties spending
all their resources
on denying all the truth.

this is how a society stops
to be based in truth
and starts to be based in power.

the only way to save this society
is to innovate democracy
to use, not deny the truth.

i am again
very very very sorry
for writing
all these political poems
but i am a middle aged dad
who knows little about football.
do not think of me
as a grumpy political guy.
i am actually just a grumpy guy… not.

in a world in which
a lot of our decisions still depend
on centralized mass media
investigative (real) journalists,
are necessary as an alternative
to corporate and political bullshit.

otherwise, our decisions
will be poorly informed
and quality of life of everyone
will diminish.

it is easy
to blame religion
for a lot of political fuckups

but the truth is
that all ideologies
when given a monopoly power
will create hell on earth

in business i support the customers.
in a divorce i support the children.
in a war i support all civilians.
in a boxing match i support sport purity.
in a political election i support the people.

i was not afraid
of green people until they
became a political weapon

hundreds of thousands of years ago
someone made the first art
and everyone else loved it
and everyone started doing it
and it made everyone happy

fast forward to now
when there are thousands of institutional layers
in education, manufacturing, distribution or art
attracting millions of political climbers
and making everyone hate art
and torturing the few remaining artist

i have spent dozens of hours
watching ukraine war reports
and i have not heard one single journalist
say anything against the war

they are all trying
to get me to be against one and for the other side –
both being useless abstract political narratives
in which real people are only numbers

the lack of essential human compassion in journalism
is the same since the gulf war
which is when i was first disgusted
by their love of war

just imagine
if all that journalism energy was directed towards
building a better world with cooperative innovation
instead of racism

i know i have been writing
a lot of political angry poems
but this is how i feel
these days.
i am sorry for this.

has a number of political choices
and in a political duopoly
two parties will divide
all these choices
between them
creating
two highly hateful groups.

this kind of bullshit
will keep on going
with every new choice
for thousands of years
because these two parties
will never allow
any change.

wait for a political event
watch all the main news about it
find something obvious that no news wants to mention
write a poem about it

to increase my position as a poet
i must write a poem
which is essentially a political statement
motivating the people
against the oppressor
